We are committed to ensuring that complaints will be investigated quickly. When a complaint is received at Bravo a written (via e-mail) acknowledgement will be sent to the customer as notification of the receipt of the complaint.

Bravo Management will work to quickly to validate, investigate and resolve the issue using our internal Complaint process. As part of that process, we will maintain a written log of the details of the complaint as well as any actions taken.

Once the issue is resolved, Bravo will again notify the customer (via e-mail) of the findings of the investigation and any actions taken.
